Gareth will report to midlands regional director, David Cockroft, and be responsible for expanding the firm’s portfolio in the region.
He joins from The Coal Authority where he led a development team. In his time there he also led teams that advised on management, acquisitions and disposals, as well as leading permitting and planning functions across the UK.

Gareth’s career includes over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector, holding senior leadership positions at both JLL and Deloitte.
